2. How much does management services cost?
Our fees vary by service level and property type, but generally the management fee is 10 % of the monthly rent. We also give discounted rates for active duty military as well! We also run seasonal specials, so make sure to ask your manager if there are any discounts available!
3. What happens if a tenant does not pay the rent?
We enforce our lease terms, follow legal eviction proceedings (if needed), and communicate proactively with the tenants and will keep the owner up to date with all legal proceedings. Our goal is to mitigate vacancy and loss.
4. How quickly can you get my property rented?
It depends on demand, condition, and pricing, but typically within 30-45 days based on our market data.
5. Can I see reports and property financial data?
Yes — via our owner portal, you’ll have secure access to monthly statements, expense breakdowns, and performance metrics.
